This template created in Microsoft Word allows you to print the Railways Reservation Form.
Open this template file, move around using the TAB key, and fill in the information. Then place a blank paper in the printer and give a print command.
The printed form will resemble the form you get at the reservation counter in terms of layout and the requisitioned information. This form contains all the fields provided on the form printed by the railways.
Use a blank paper of A4 size for printing this form. Note that the form available at reservation counters is much smaller in size, however, railways will accept the form printed on this paper because they themselves are allowing you to fill up and print reservation form on a blank sheet. You can take a look at the form provided at the location http://www.indianrail.gov.in/resr_form_filled.html. This form does not however seem to be fully accessible; that is why I created another one for myself.
This form has been widely used by visually impaired persons all over the country & there has been no report of rejection of this form by the reservation counter staff.
